Inviting workspace members

Invite teammates from Settings → Account → Team. The role picker offers Worker or Member; the invite emails them a sign-in link, and they join on first sign-in.

Invite teammates from Settings → Account → Team. The role picker offers Worker or Member; the invite emails them a sign-in link, and they join on first sign-in.

What you need

  • Owner or Member role
  • The teammate's email address

Step by step

  1. Open Settings → Account and expand the Team section.
  2. In the Invite form, enter the email (e.g. riley@acme.com).
  3. Pick a role — Worker or Member. (Owner isn't selectable; ownership is set when the workspace is created.)
  4. Click Send invite.
  5. Riley gets an email. On first sign-in, they join the workspace automatically.
