Workspaces

- Config-driven workspaces
A workspace groups everything for one document process — mailboxes, templates, categories, dashboard config — and reshaping any of it is a config edit, not code.
- Creating a workspace
A workspace groups related cases under a shared configuration. Create one from the workspace switcher in the dashboard sidebar.
- Mailboxes and filters
A mailbox groups cases by where they live in the workflow (Inbox, Archived, Trash, or a custom mailbox). A filter narrows what shows in the current mailbox using saved expressions. Together they replace the idea of explicit "stages" — cases land where their data and mailbox say they belong.
- The dashboard inbox
The dashboard inbox is the main view of every case in a workspace. Mailboxes partition the cases, filters narrow the visible set, and columns come from the workspace templates.
- Sharing a workspace with your team
Workspaces are organization-scoped — every member of the organization sees the same workspaces automatically. To restrict who sees what, scope individual workers to assigned cases only, then control file-category visibility per case.
- Outputs
A field can produce multiple outputs — the primary value plus AI-driven derivations, each emitted to its own case-data key. Outputs surface in the Case Data panel under the Computed bucket. They do NOT appear as separate dashboard columns — the column resolver expands template fields but not their secondary outputs.
