Autofill & Generation

Autofill takes a case and a template, resolves every field value from its source, and writes the values onto the template to produce a finished PDF.

Open a file in the case review modal, pick a template in the right-side Autofill rail, and click Autofill. The generated PDF appears in the case Outputs section.

Lite autofill (the Quick Fill card in the template studio) runs a template against a single uploaded PDF without creating a case. Use it to test templates or generate one-off documents.

Batch templates run the same template against many cases at once. Select the cases, click Autofill in the batch bar, pick the template, then Generate Batch — one output per case.

Generated outputs are saved to the case Outputs section, named according to the template filename pattern, and downloadable individually.
