- Workspaces in depth
A workspace groups everything for one document process (mailboxes, templates, categories, dashboard config, send templates, and team access), and you create, shape, and share it entirely through config, not code.
4 min - Stages, filters & outputs
Mailboxes partition a workspace by workflow location, filters narrow what shows in the current mailbox, and field outputs decide how a value leaves a field: stamped onto a PDF or saved as a derived case-data value.
4 min - Document sources
A document source is one PDF (or DOCX) owned by the workspace: upload it once, tag it with a file category, and reference it from any number of templates and automations; each file category holds at most one source.
4 min - Cases in depth
Files route by identifier: a matching identifier joins the existing case, otherwise a new case is atomically created. Extraction never overwrites your manual edits, and every case carries a read-time activity timeline.
6 min - Workspace AI chat
Open AI Chat from the top bar to search and update cases, run bulk work, place template fields visually, manage automations, and get product answers, all by describing what you want in plain language.
4 min - Integrations, AI model & billing
Settings → Account holds three controls: Gmail/Drive connections (one-time Google sign-in, Pro-only), the autofill AI model picker in Preferences, and the Plan row where Stripe billing lives across Free, Lite ($19), Pro ($99), and Scale ($299).
