Each time you generate a completed PDF from a template counts as one autofill. The token cost depends on the AI model you choose and the size of the document. AI use has one limit, your token balance: the monthly allowance plus any token packs.
Downgrading does not delete your data. If you downgrade from Pro to Lite or Free, you keep read access to existing cases and files; you're just limited on new autofills and lose the dashboard until you upgrade again. A Free account that nobody uses for 180 days is deleted, after warning emails that start 30 days before and a 30-day recovery period in which signing in cancels the deletion.
